Introduction
Wollum Solutions AS (org. no. 934 936 892) is the data controller for personal data collected via wollums.no. We process personal data in compliance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR.
What data we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide via the contact form: name, email address, and optionally company name and message. Via the AI analysis form, we collect company name, website URL, email address, and optional information about industry and challenges. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
AI analysis of your business
When you use the free AI analysis form, the information provided is used to generate a tailored report that is sent to our internal inbox for review. If a website URL is provided, the website may be analysed via an external crawling service (Firecrawl). Report generation is powered by Claude AI (Anthropic). Your information will be deleted after 30 days. The legal basis for this processing is your consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).
Purpose of processing
Data from the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on potential business relationships. Data from the AI analysis form is used to prepare an internal analysis report on which services we can offer your business. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You may also withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us at juridisk@wollums.no to exercise your rights.
