Introduction

WOLLUM AS (org. no. 937 587 821) is the data controller for personal data collected via wollums.no. We process personal data in compliance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR.

What data we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide via the contact form: name, email address, and optionally company name, organisation number, and message. We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to respond to your inquiry.

Purpose of processing

Data from the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on potential business relationships. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

Data processors

We use the following data processors: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, EU/US – only with Statistics consent), PostHog Inc. (product insights and session recording, EU – only with Product Insights consent), Resend (email delivery, EU) and Vercel Inc. (hosting and consent log, EU/US). Transfers to the US are based on the EU Commission's adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Your rights
