Do you offer conversational AI consulting?

Yes. Conversational AI — customer-service assistants, internal chatbots, and voice interfaces — is one of the areas we assess most often. We advise on where a conversational interface actually pays off versus where a simpler automation wins, which model fits Norwegian-language and GDPR requirements, and how to ground answers in your own data so the assistant is accurate rather than generic.
