AI Workshop

AI Workshop

Build knowledge that actually gets used.

TL;DR

We run a half- or full-day workshop for leaders and teams, at your office or online, where we walk through how AI works in practice, test relevant tools together, and leave the room only after every participant has concrete actions they can apply right away.

TL;DR

AI workshop at WOLLUM is practical and company-specific — we bring relevant AI tools, test them against your actual data and processes, and let participants go home with concrete next steps. Half-day NOK 25,000, full-day NOK 45,000, on-site or remote. Fits leadership teams, department teams, or groups defining their AI strategy.

Definition

An AI workshop is a structured session — typically 3–7 hours — where leaders and teams learn how AI works in practice, try tools against their own business, and leave the room with concrete prioritised actions. The goal is not theory but readiness to act.

What we deliver

Preparation and tailoring

We talk with you ahead of time, read up on your business, and prepare AI examples that are relevant to your industry and processes.

AI fundamentals in 30 minutes

What a language model actually is, what it can and cannot do, and how this differs from "regular" automation. Clear language, no hype.

Hands-on practice with real data

Participants test AI tools against their own email, documents, and processes. We show what works, what fails, and where the limit is.

Identifying opportunities

Structured exercise where the team identifies 5–10 concrete AI opportunities in their own business, prioritised by value and complexity.

Concrete action plan

The workshop ends with a prioritised plan: what can be tested this week, what requires external help, and what should wait.

FAQ

Who is an AI workshop best suited for?

Leadership teams about to decide AI strategy, department teams that want to identify opportunities, or teams that have heard about AI and want to understand what it actually means for them. Not just for technical roles.

Do participants need prior knowledge?

No. We tailor the level to the group. Most of the workshops we run are for people with little or no hands-on AI experience.

Can we run the workshop online?

Yes. We run it on Teams or Meet. The online version is often more focused because breaks are shorter — well suited to leadership teams with little time.

What do we get after the workshop?

A summary document with the participants' own identified opportunities, a prioritised action plan, and links to tools and articles. You can share it freely internally.
