The challenge

Nextify Media is a marketing and media agency in Stavanger with more than 130 customers and an average ROAS of 6.7x for the campaigns they run. The results are strong — but the website, built on Wix, was no longer keeping up with the agency itself. For an agency that sells on results, the website had become a brake.

  • Lower Core Web Vitals than the benchmark for competing Norwegian agencies — a direct signal to Google and direct friction for visitors.
  • Limited design freedom on Wix made it hard to show the agency’s own results (ROAS, customer cases) credibly above the fold.
  • Rising maintenance cost: every adjustment required Wix-specific skills the agency did not want to staff internally.
  • Time window: the entire switch had to ship in under three months from kick-off to launch, without disrupting client delivery.

Approach

WOLLUM took ownership of design, frontend and launch so the Nextify team could keep their full focus on their own clients throughout the project.

Custom Next.js on Vercel

We built the landing page as a custom Next.js project with Tailwind CSS, hosted on Vercel. That gives us three things Wix could not: full design freedom, fastest possible delivery via the edge network, and a platform Nextify can extend on its own without being locked to a specific vendor.

Conversion-focused information architecture

The structure is built around what Nextify sells on: real numbers and real customer cases. Service tracks and outcome-led KPIs sit above the fold, social proof (case studies, reviews) is tied tightly to each service, and frictionless contact points sit where visitors are actually ready to reach out.

SEO-preserving migration

A full platform switch risks destroying existing organic rankings. We mapped every old Wix URL to the new Next.js structure, set up 301 redirects for each change, and rebuilt the sitemap.xml so Google could re-index without losing existing positions.

Outcome

Launching May 2026. The numbers below reflect delivery and scope. Targets for Core Web Vitals and conversion will be updated after two months in production.

  • Delivery in under three months from kick-off to launch (March → May 2026).
  • Custom Next.js + Vercel stack with edge rendering — the baseline for measurable Core Web Vitals improvement over the Wix version.
  • Conversion-focused IA with ROAS and customer cases above the fold.
  • A platform Nextify can publish customer cases on without developer help for every update.
